Return Period:
- You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return.
- After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your request.
Important Details to Consider:
- Please read all specifications, including measurements, materials, and details, before adding a product to your cart. We want you to make the right choice from the start.
- We only accept returns and refunds for factory defects. We recommend that you verify the status of your order once you receive it. For your peace of mind, we suggest recording yourself opening the package.
- Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Returns for Factory Defects:
- If you discover a factory defect in your item, please notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for the use of the item.
Exchange Deadlines:
- For exchanges of size or model, you have 10 days from the date of receipt of the product to start the process.
Shipping Costs:
- If the item has factory defects, Indigolush will assume the shipping costs. However, we require that the package be returned with adequate protection, including the original packaging (box, covers, labels).
- In the case of exchanges for model or size, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the error was on our part, Indigolush will cover the shipping costs.
Exchange Process:
- Once you have started the exchange process, you have a limit of 5 days for us to receive the product back. Please notify us by email when you deliver the package to the courier.
Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds unless there is a factory defect. Instead of a refund, we can offer you gift cards with no expiration date.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
- By purchasing from our online store, you automatically accept our terms and conditions. This also applies to orders placed through Instagram or WhatsApp.
Refund Process for Factory Defect:
- To start the refund process for a factory defect, we need you to fill out the following form, specifying the order number, the reason for the request, your full name, and attaching photos or videos of the product. Please send this information to sales@theindigolush.com . We will follow up on your request through this same channel.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for international return shipping. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned at our showroom within 30 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with no sign of previous wear and with all original tags attached. Original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition.
