We accept exchanges on orders within Mexico. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Items may be exchanged for a different size, model, or product, subject to availability. If you prefer not to select another item, we can issue an Indigolush gift card with no expiration date.
We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, size, color, or model.
Shipping costs associated with an exchange are the customer’s responsibility, including the cost of returning the original item and shipping the new item.
If the exchange is required because of an error made by Indigolush or a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Once the defect has been reviewed and confirmed by our team, we will offer an exchange, gift card, or refund, as applicable, and Indigolush will cover the corresponding shipping costs.
All items sent back to us must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging included.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, full name, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.
Items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Requests made after the 10-day period cannot be accepted.
